Returns Policy

Being transnational transaction,we never accept shoes returned except the problem with shoes as below: the wrong size has been sent; goods are flawed badly. please contact us immediately by email within 48 hours, we will reply and process refunds or replacement. On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.
